| Returns, Refunds and Exchanges. |

We know that unfortunately not every bra fits exactly the same, so rest assured, if you aren’t happy with your new purchase you can return it to us free of charge (within the UK), subject to the following terms and conditions.
- Returns must be received by us within 14 days of you receiving your order. This includes your statutory 7 day cancellation period. For orders outside the UK, this is extended to 28 days.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with all labels intact. Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.
- Please send your returns via Royal Mail and obtain a free Certificate of Posting in case of goods being lost in transit. You should keep this certificate until you have received your refund or replacement. Please allow up to ten working days for returned goods to reach us. We regret we are unable to provide refunds for goods that are lost or delayed in the post.
- You don’t have to contact us before returning goods, however, we would appreciate it if you could let us know that you are returning items. It would also be useful if you can give us the reason why. For example, wrong size, design not as expected etc, and if you would like a refund or an exchange.
- Refunds will not include delivery costs or gift-wrapping. However, exchanges will be sent out free of additional postage charges. All replacement items are shipped via standard delivery. Express delivery of replacements may be requested at the time of return and the difference will be charged to your card.
Cancelling an order
If you change your mind after making an order, please contact us as soon as possible either by email theteam@thebosomboutique or by calling 01202 232 239. We’ll cancel the transaction as long as the goods haven’t been despatched. If they have, you can return to them as above and we will refund you the full amount minus postage charges.
