I want my order gift-wrapping, is that possible?
Yes it is. Gift-wrapping is listed as a product so just add it to your basket with the rest of your order and we’ll sort it out for you.

How does the search work?
You can search on manufacturers, product name, style of underwear or size range e.g. D-G, D-K. As we can usually supply all of our products in the manufacturers entire size range, we don’t do a search on specific sizes.

My size is out of stock, can I still order it?
Yes, unless it’s in the limited availability section, we can usually supply items that are currently out of stock on the website. The product description should give you the estimated despatch date, but feel free to contact us if you would like more information.

I’m ordering from abroad, how much will my order be in my currency?
As the Bosom Boutique is based in the UK all prices shown are in Pounds sterling (£) and due to the daily fluctuating exchange rate we cannot offer an exact conversion. We recommend visiting a conversion site to find out how much your order will be in your currency before ordering. Please also be aware of potential customs and input charges and duties that you may incur.

I’ve forgotten my password; can you send it to me?
Yes, just click on the forgotten your password line on the returning customer’s log-in section. Just type in your email and we’ll send you your password.
How will I know you received my order?
We’ll send you a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.

Can I order without using the website?
Yes. We do prefer website orders but you can call us on 01202 232 239 to place your order. Please note, you may have to leave a message but we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please don’t leave your order or credit card details on the message; we will take these from you when we call you. If you would like, you can tell us when you would prefer us to call you back and we will try to honour that request.

How quickly will my order arrive?
We aim to despatch all items held in stock within 48 hours. Items currently out of stock are still available for you to order and an estimated despatch date should be shown on the product page. If there is going to be any delay to this we will contact you and you will be able to cancel your order if you do not want to wait.

I need my order fast, what can you do to help?
If we have the item in stock we will send it out usually within two working days of you placing your order. If you contact us we can arrange to send your order special delivery so you get it the next day (on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday). However, there is an additional charge for this service.
If the item is out of stock we will contact our suppliers and see what we can do. We will contact you to let you know how quickly we are going to be able to despatch your order and you will be able to cancel if you feel this isn’t going to be quick enough.

My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
We send out all orders recorded post so we can use this service to track them down. Give us a call and we’ll sort this out for you. However, if an order has been delivered to the address given by you and signed for, we cannot be responsible and won’t be able to send out a replacement without an additional charge.

If I want to exchange an item, what do I do?
Contact us as soon as possible either by email theteam@thebosomboutique.com or call us on 01202 232 239 and we’ll hold the item you want for you until we receive your returned goods. If you prefer, you can place a new order and we will refund the first order when your returns arrive back. We will also refund the additional postage charge.

How soon will I get my exchange order?
We usually process exchange orders on items in stock within 5 days of receiving your returned order. Items currently out of stock will take longer – see product page for estimated despatch time. If you need something faster contact us and we’ll try and sort something out.

Despatch or dispatch?
Well, we’re based in the UK so after extensive discussion in the office – and some googling (other search engines are available!) we decided that despatch was the correct spelling for us to use. Apologies to any American customers. You probably won’t like how we spell colour either...
